Hey guys I just want to make sure that you don’t hurt yourselves or suicide when you’re hurt.
I have seen many people who cut themselves everyday just because something is stinging their life.
We’ve got to prevent this because they are damaging their life. Cutting is one form of non-suicidal self-injury which is the deliberate, self-inflicted destruction of body tissue without suicidal intent.
While some people who engage in self-injury cut themselves, others may deliberately burn, scratch or bruise their skin or break their own bones.
Certain mental health conditions, such as depression, psychosis, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder occur to those people.
Many people who cut or otherwise injure themselves report that they do so because it provides a sense of relief. Others say they use cutting or other forms of self-injury as a coping mechanism when dealing with a problem or…
